GCF Task Force 2022 Annual Meeting

Dec 20, 2021

The GCF Task Force 2022 Annual Meeting, “Forests, Society & Green Economy: New Development Models for the Future of the Planet,” will be held on March 16th, 17th and 18th, one week later than previously announced. We look forward to meeting with you in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil, and thank you for your continued collaboration.

The GCF Task Force Annual Meeting will be divided into thematic tracks that align with the Manaus Action Plan (MAP), which was initially discussed at COP26 in Glasgow, Scotland. The MAP will chart a path forward for the GCF Task Force network in the years to come, focusing on four areas: (1) Knowledge, Technology and Innovation; (2) Government and Public Policy; (3) People and Communities; and (4) Finance and Investment. Each track will highlight bold strategies and solutions, and what is needed to put them in place, as the GCF Task Force members and their partners implement the MAP in the coming years.
