Omshanti Romero is the LandScale Operation Manager at Rainforest Alliance. During 2021 she led the assessment for a landscape in Peru where she worked with the public and private sector articulating various initiatives and projects and making an action plan within the framework of the results obtained with the tool. A forestry engineer by profession with specializations in management and the development of agribusiness plans, she has worked in different sectors, both public and private, working in the management and conservation of natural resources and in the implementation of agroforestry systems. Currently, with the aim that reliable information on the landscape level will lead to sustainable change, she works with users of the LandScale tool from different parts of the world.
